Maker of ‘The Club’ takes Crime Prevention to a New Level
Property crime and theft rises in various areas; The Club makers create new anti-theft devices
According to the FBI’s 2008 Preliminary Semiannual Uniform Crime Report, though violent crimes overall have decreased, property crime and larceny thefts in various areas of the US have increased slightly, specifically in the Northeast.
However, there was an increase in small-town murder and manslaughter - reports indicate almost a 10 percent increase in murders in towns with population less than 10,000.
The makers of the successful and well-known mechanical anti-theft device for cars and trucks, The Club, have expanded their line of anti-theft products to include: The Club Vehicle Safe and The Door Club devices.

It is easy to install and is able to withstand over two tons of direct force, which makes it stronger than deadbolts and chain locks, Bonanno said.The Door Club was created to prevent forced door, unauthorized entry by hindering burglars and other criminals’ ability to kick doors in; thus keeping them out.
“Our goal with these devices is to add a layer of protection to your vehicle and home. Common sense and being aware of your surroundings are definitely some of the best ways to prevent theft, but having additional resources can give you peace of mind,” Bonanno said.
